Monte Vista

So I'm trying to people the town of Monte Vista with Janelle Carpone a girl I made months ago.  So far I'm off to a good start-her family is starting to spread nicely. That's neither here nor there. 

When I first started her I kicked out the sheriff and his family from their home and moved her in because the back patio was beautiful.  It had a great covered porch made with the porch columns and the monorail fencing, then to top off the loveliness somehow or the other flowers were put on top of the monorail fencing.

Now Janelle's son Donatello has moved into his own house and would like to have a covered porch also.  I have figured out how to do everything up to the flowers on top.  Does anyone know how to do it and can they please share this knowledge with me?

You need to use the moveobjects cheat (press control+shift+c and then type in moveobjects on).  Go up to the level of the monorail fencing and place the flowers.  You may need to put in some temporary extra columns or walls to allow you to place them but once the flowers are up there they'll stay put and you can delete the extra supports.  The heathers tend to look the best but clover and the other short flowers can also work.  Have fun!
