Sims face colour different from body?

Hi guys,

Gwendy and I are having some real issues with her game.  All the town sims seem to have developed a glitch where the face is a different colour from it's body.  She's tried a factory reset, resetting the computer back to before this started happening, updating the drivers, just about everything we can think of.  She's playing on Windows 8 and was fine up until a few days ago.  Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.

Do you have any custom content in your game?  Maybe custom skin?

We took out all the cc, it didn't help, so we removed the entire thing manually, and only installed the base game from Origin.  Right now everyone in town is okay except Monika Morris, who has a badly rendered orange face.  We tested it several times and it's only her.  The drivers are updated, we've re-installed the Origin client, and we're still looking for solutions.

Hmm.. have you tried taking her back into CAS and trying to edit her skin tone maybe?  I honestly don't know if that will work, as I've never had this problem pop up in my game.

Okay, the problem has been fixed!  I would like to thank MrsFlynn for providing an answer (albeit in a different thread for a different problem) in to clear all the files from the Electronic Arts file (and Tia for starting up this thread). That seemed to fix it, and my best guess as to what was making it act screwy was the Sims 4 Create a Sim demo file. Monika is back to her beautiful self, and I can't wait to get back to simming! Thanks everyone!
