Gem collections question

I don't recall if I have asked about this in the past, but currently, how many gems are there available in game with all expansions?  Looking at the collections guide, I count 28, but it also only lists through Supernatural, so I wasn't sure if more were added in the last four expansion packs.  Though my next question would be how many can be obtained without transfiguration?  I ask because I am toying with a challenge idea, and need the numbers to work it out before possibly submitting it.  If someone is well versed in gem collecting, I would be happy to talk about it in PMs, as I have a couple other questions to work through.

From my collections journal, I count 28. it lists the gems in the game and indicates how many of each kind you have taken and the most expensive cut you've made. I don't know anything about transfiguration, but I'm fairly sure that I have collected all of them. Werewolves are very handy in this regard, especially when you get them to the point of being able to find only gems.

I am not well versed in it, but I'd be happy to try to answer your questions.

Well the main reason I had asked is that certain gems, like the Geode, only have a few available cuts without using transfiguration.   Part of the idea for the challenge is to get an egg cut gem of all the gems that can be obtained without transfiguration.
