No Base Game Disc!

I have lost my original Sims 3 disc for the base game, and i fear i am going to have to re-buy the disc to install the game and my expansion packs onto my new laptop...however i really hope that isn't the case and that there is a way to avoid having to do that!!!!
If anyone has any knowledge of a away to install the game with no base disc, just the case and the codes w/expansion packs, then please please pretty please let me know!

You could try activating it on Origin? :)

If you registered the game on thesims3.com website, you have access to a digital copy of it through Origin. Just download the Origin client and look in your library.
