Problem with Seasons Photobooth

I have found that my greetings card photographs are coming out blank, is there anyway to remedy this?

I have done a complete reinstall, and it is happening in Sunset Valley (before and after reinstall). I know its not game critical, but I use them for family photos, weddings and graduations so it is quite annoying.

Any advice is appreciated. Thank you!

Does it happen in every save?

Yes, I've tried it in different towns now too and it's still happening.
