I got the points just now. I was only able to get 30 points. I just decided to have leave the store page open in the background and then occasionally refresh to see if the box comes up. But since I'm at work I was only able to click it three times. Next time I will try to be faster. Is 50 the maximum amount of times you can click on it per day? Does something come up saying you hit your limit? I don't want to be clicking all day long to get nothing. I am at work and all. (shhh)

It always seems to pop up for me around 10 or 11, then doesn't show up again if I miss that window until the next night.

Sometimes if you go to someone's exchange page, you'll see it on the left side.

Well, this turned up for me for the first time yesterday evening.  I got 50 free simpoints in return for repeatedly viewing an ad for men's hair care products.  I hadn't seen this before and thought it probably didn't apply for Canadians, but I'm in Canada, and it worked for me, so it's worth keeping an eye open for it.

I got a new computer with Windows 8.1 and I can't get the bonus button to show up on it. But I can start my old computer with Windows 7 and the button will show up.
Is there something I need to install on the new computer to get the button to show up. I have Java, Flash and Shockwave installed is there something else I'm missing?
Also my brother is getting button on his computer with Windows 8. So maybe is something to do with a difference with Windows 8 and 8.1

I've gotten the button on my Windows 8 laptop. The trick is getting it exactly at midnight EST, something I usually can't do because I need to head off to bed at 11 on weeknights. And the button likes to disappear around 12:15 AM for me.

@Grimsoul: Do you have Adblock installed? Or any add-ons that might interfere with ads showing up? Have you tried a different browser?

I have Adblock in Firefox on both computers but I disable it when I go to the sims store. I've tried it with Firefox, Internet Explore and Comodo Dragon and the button won't come up on the Windows 8.1 system with any of them.
I would like to figure out what's wrong sense my old computer is getting really stubborn about booting up. It's slowing dieing on me. I couldn't get it to boot at all today. My brother logged on to my sims account and done my buttons for me today. But I hate ask him to keep doing that for me.

I know this is an old thread, but I didn't want to start a new one.  I have been getting a lot of daily simpoints over the last couple of days.  I had over 800 to start with and now I have almost 1500.  It just keeps giving me the points, but sometimes I have to quit before it is done.  When I hit the last one and there is not anymore, I go out of the sims3 site and go back in and it always gives me a few more.  I almost have enough for the Old Mill.  Might as well get them while you can.
