Dellena, I love this house.  I just used it as a starter, and it is perfect! I especially like the little side veranda.

This will be the first house I build in Sims 4.  It should fit in well in Oasis Springs.  I've always liked this house as a cute starter and that's what I'll use it for again.

Thanks :)  I just loved it cause it was just soooooo cute and I loved the variety of house exterior materials.
