Can you place LN bars in Vacation worlds and they work?

I put the Fusion Lounge into my France vacation world and while there are proper Professional Edition bars, and mixologists, the mixologists don't make drinks and my Sim can't order anything at the bar.

Is there a way to get LN bars to work in WA worlds? Sims might like a drink on holiday!

I'm not sure there is a way. There aren't NPCS in foreign locations. Juice bars might work, they just won't have a mixologist on duty. Sims will get their own drinks.

That's the odd thing. There are NPCs sitting in the Lounge, chatting, or listening to the piano, and when I click on the it tells me they are eg "Emlyn Hughes, Mixologist". But for some reason they don't DO it.

Oh well. I can change out the bar, I spose Thanks.

I've put LN bars in China at both a hangout and a dance club I made and a mixologist showed up at both and able to order drinks.
