Sim won't sleep or shower?

So I have this family of a couple and their two kids. Everything has been going smoothly but recently, my adult female sim hasn't been able to sleep or shower. Like, I click on the bed and shower (I have two, she won't use either), and nothing happens whatsoever. No options appear. She can nap on the couch, but no options are available for the shower or bed.

I don't have any mods, haven't been using any cheats, but I did try to reset the sim and nothing has happened. I've tried saving and exiting, selling the bed and shower and buying new ones, and moving the bed to another room, but nothing seems to be working...how should I fix this?

I'm assuming she's the only one in the household that's having this problem? I'm not sure whether this would work, but maybe you could try evicting the household in edit town and re-placing them in the same house. Sometimes it works for me when resetsim doesn't fix my problems.

Thank you! Yeah, this problem is only happening for this one particular sim. Evicting/separating the household doesn't seem to work either...

Have you tried replacing the bed and the shower? I had problem with crib that didn't give any options to put the baby to bed. It was resolved by buying a new crib.
