Has the freerealestate cheat been removed?

It's been a long time sense I used the freerealestate cheat but when I tried to use it today to move a family out of a house to a different house from edit town mode but it didn't seem to work any more.
I thought maybe I was just spelling it wrong so I opened the cheat window and typed in help to get a list of all the cheats codes and it wasn't even listed there anymore.
Was this cheat code removed?

Thanks for confirming that the cheat still worked.
I started a new game and tried it again and it works fine in that game but it still doesn't work in my current game. I guess it's just a glitch in that game.
