Monte Vista's Special Seeds & Palladium Spawners Pic

Not sure where to place this thread, not sure if there's these sort of pictures here.

I just got Monte Vista, but I can't play since my computer is getting formatted soon. So I searched for special seeds and palladium all over the map with the collection helper (tried to look out for pink diamonds but couldn't find any, probably missed them), originally for my own use. Then I thought I'll just share it here. I hope anyone finds this useful.
Tell me if I made a mistake or missed a spot, and I'll research and fix it.

Green : Special Seeds
Blue : Palladium















I might do other town's spawners, since I'm still bored. Except SV and Riverview. I think there's a guide for those towns already?

Hello Oathbear - I moved this thread to the Town & Townies board since that's where we keep all this information.   

Most of the other towns have actually already been done but are not on the guide.    The information can be found on this board (Towns & Townies) and it's usually under the town's name.

I was looking for seeds, not metals or gems, so I don't have their locations, but I do have some info to add.  I wonder if the programs has more than one spawner and they are timed to show up at different times.  Or I am looking from the wrong directions, which is possible.  What I noted as I looked was for seeds that showed as $0 in value, Unknown Special Seed, others I ignored.


In town, near the Public Pizzria, I don't know the address, but the pizza name should be of help.

The Grocery and Diner building, across the stree under the pine tree is another seed
Home is the Delux Domicille (sp?) on the side of the hill

35 Bard Blvd, Ample Accomdations has one behind the house.

Giordanio, I think that is the name of the family, 83 Chours Court, and also at 37 Bard Blvd I found a seed. 
The house near it that has the garden plots, pond close to the river, there are one at each spot.  The one with the pond, it was between the pond and river.   

Those are the locations for the special seeds, there were lots of rare seed spread about, near the Elixer store and lots in that area.
