Unfinished Room Moodlet

I accidentally added Sally Zeno to my active family and decided to merge her with another family because I can't locate her actual house.

I used the room on the top floor of the house to create her a bedroom. I made sure all the walls and floors are covered with wallpaper and flooring, decorated it and put a roof and flooring above the room.

She has the unfinished room moodlet and I'm unsure why. I redid the floor, walls and roof a few times but it hasn't changed.
