XCPT- Can it be deleted?
« on: May 18, 2014, 02:17:52 PM »
In my sims 3 file I have a couple of files called XCPT that are just randomly hanging around, can they be deleted? When I try to open them it says I don't have the application required to run them.

When my game crashes, those codes go into your file.  I usually delete mine, so I suppose the answer would be, yes you can.  I looked it up and is something to do with a dump file after the game crashes.  I use to leave them in forever and finally just deleted them, nothing happened, so it is safe. :)

Thank you! I've been wondering about that for ages but kept forgetting to ask.
