The title says it all. Remembering to save is a pain, especially when it crashes after moving into a house, then going to work.
So I'm in need of a mod that will automatically save my game every 10 minutes, but also alert me, say within 30 seconds of autosaving. Is there something like this that exists?

The best thing I can think of would be NRaas' Saver. It prompts you to save your game, but I believe you can set up an autosave function.

Nraa's Saver thatLivvieLove mentioned is what I use. By default it saves every 30 minutes and rotates through 4 save files. Like Save 1, Save 2, Save 3 and Save 4. Then it starts over with Save 1 again.
You can change how often it saves to what ever you want and set the number of saves it rotates through.
There is no warning before it saves but you are prompted to enter a name for the save file each time. You can accept the default save name (which is the name of the town you are playing, Like Sunset Valley1) or give it your own name.
After the first save of the game if you change the default save name it will continue to use that name for the current game just changing the number at the end. Say the first time is saves it defaults to Sunset Valley1 and you change it to Challenge 1 the next time it saves the name prompt will be Challenge 2
A clear conscience is usually a sign of a bad memory.
