Trouble locating and downloading sets and venues

Due to connectivity issues, I've had a lot of trouble buying worlds, sets, venues and items with cash and simpoints. Could someone outline how to purchase, download, install and find items bought from sims3 with simpoints and cash? I do buy from your site, and it works great for cash purchases. It's just with www.sims3.com store page that I have trouble. I'm sure it's on your fab site somewhere, but I'm not a very savvy searcher.

There's a little confusion.  What do you mean that you buy from our site?  We don't sell anything here.  So, I'm guessing you're just talking about purchases from the Sims 3 Store.

I'm not entirely sure I understand the problem. But it sounds like you may be having browser problems?

If you're having connection, purchasing and downloading problems, try using a different browser. For example Mozilla Firefox or Google Crome.

Log into the Sims3Store, and go to your Purchased History page. Everything you've purchased should be found on your Purchased History page.

From this page you should be able to download the store content you've purchased or have been gifted.

If this doesn't help, you may want to check the FAQ page on the Sims3Store's website or Contact EA for support.
