Yes, we have a forum for skills challenges and lots of other stuff.  There's also instructions on how to upload pictures to the forum.

I'd like to take this opportunity to urge people to write stories about their sims.
I for one really enjoy reading those stories and I think other people do so as well.

Of course, no obligations, just a request from a bookworm sim  :D
