Bridgeport Work Hours

I know that some careers in Bridgeport have different work hours because Bridgeport is flagged as a city.  Can anyone tell me the changes in the work hours and what would be affected?

Everything that starts around 7 or 8 am in Sunset Valley doesn't start until around 12 or 1 pm.  And it's every career in every rabbit hole except the part time positions and school hours.

Many careers start at normal times. Business and journalism, around 11 (I could be wroong); music and film around 1 or 2 pm. Many end around 6 to 7 pm (except the criminals).  Bars usually start around 11am; dance clubs around 5pm and lounges around 2pm.
I plan where my sim will go after work hours according to the time of bars, lounges and dance clubs. She sometimes hits one or two a night. Great way to meet people.

The military career I think starts around 4 am and once in SV my sim enrolled in the sports career and had to be there at 3 am.
