Pets and taking a vacation
« on: April 12, 2014, 04:44:04 PM »
Needed to make a separate thread for this. Since my Sim's lifetime wish is 'Great Explorer', I keep getting wishes of going on vacation in WA. But, I question if I have to bring my pets, or if I can just go myself.
I've never taken a WA vacation with more than just myself. I'm hoping that if I decide to leave my pets at home, the game will take care of them and the house by freezing it in time, until I get back.

Don't worry, the game will take care of them. Just send your sim out by themselves and leave the pets behind. They won't even age!

Actually, the game won't allow you to take pets on vacation.  When your Sim returns home, it will be at the same time he left and the pets will be just as they were.  No problem at all.

Ah. Thanks. I saw a few mods that make a few WA towns "pet friendly". So, I thought it was an option to bring your pets or not.
