Sim accused of lying about body type whilst pregnant after online dating

My Sim decided to get to know a Isla Paradiso townie who turned up at her front door, who'd sent her a message on online dating. However, once she'd started talking to him, she discovered he Dislikes Children and I got a notification saying that she looked nothing like her profile picture and that she'd lied about her body shape. He then said that he was out of here. I'm not sure whether the notification appeared because she worked out during the pregnancy or because of the pregnancy itself.
