A mod that I only pack furniture I have bought when moving?

I'm hoping to get my hands on some kind of mod or cheat, that when I move, only the items I have bought are packed, but furniture that was already in the house, stays as if before I purchased it.

Just feels wrong, to have sell-able furniture I didn't legitimately acquire.

You acquired it when you purchased the home - it's part of the purchase price.  Otherwise, buy the house unfurnished.   Technically, you DID buy that furniture.

Dellena is right.  But if you really don't want that furniture, you can place the items you want to take with you into the family inventory, then select sell furniture when you actually do the move.  The stuff from the house should stay behind and you should be able to find your other things in the family inventory when you arrive at the new house.
