Cloning Around for Fun of Prophets.
Greetings to all and here is the next entry in the Grammar Family Reboot!
As a young adult, Anna-liza Riddle wanted children more than anything. She dated them all from DeAndra Wolfe, to Harwood Clay, and even Max Racket in Twinbrook, before focusing on her career in journalism. When her in-person dating didn't get into anything serious, she turned to online dating, befriending men from other towns, including Lucky Perkins from Riverview, the much younger Gobias Koffi (and his father, Gaylord) from Sunset Valley and Pappy Wolff from Moonlight Falls. During a visit to Moonlit Falls, Anna-liza went to the fortune teller and was told that she would indeed have a daughter, she just had to live life and all would be write (pun intended). Anna-liza went home happy with that news and set up a girl's bedroom in her house.
Anna-liza fell out of the dating scene, removed her profile from the dating sites, and became reclusive. She focused heavily on work, and also on the art of writing mysteries. She retired from work and became an elder. In the twilight of her life, she realised that she didn't have a child, and now she wouldn't be able to have a child naturally.
Could she adopt? It didn't seem so. She applied, but her applications were rejected.
She turned to Science. Ever since Lloyd the Llama was cloned successfully in the science labs at uni, there were reports of sims being cloned. She didn't have funding for that, also she had no real interest in science.
Her research into cloning showed a different path. For those who were willing to meet a range of wishes, and to report the findings to the science lab in Twinbrook, a ticket to meet their wishes to continue their line would be provided. She wished to purchase and then play at a hopscotch court, and so she did.
She worked hard at her writing and moved in with a young lady, Verb Grammar. She swapped life time wishes from becoming a star news anchor to being a professional author. She set about writing books. By the time she was 91, (watcher's note: Sunday week 2) she had met her life time wish, had written 16 books, including 5 best sellers and 4 hits, and was a specialist comic book writer. More importantly she had a clone voucher. Knowing that death could be just around the corner for her, she took the household's motorbike, 'The Beast' down to the science lab that night and exchanged the voucher for a child clone of her, Mepidauna Riddle (watcher's note: Spanish for Ask me a). Then the fun began.
Mepiduana played tag with her elderly mother.
Mepiduana spent time with each of her 'aunts' and 'uncles', including being tutored by Justin.
The household had now become six. 1 elder, 4 young adults and 1 child.
In other Grammar Household news:
- Goodwin became a father to a girl, Aubrey Jones-Brown, who was given neurotic and easily impressed as traits by the game. Goodwin is 9 ice sculptures away from carving unmelting ice statues.
- Amy is at 14 paintings completed and level 8 painting. I'm thinking Amy will be starting off as photographer as well.
- Justin has upgraded items around the house, and once he recovers from tutoring Mepiduana, will be going out and fishing/gardening - yes I'm using
and abusing Justin as my
slave utility sim. The following picture shows the starting gardening area and the family museum.
- Verb has entered the Art Appraiser Career and is currently at level 2 as a savvy scanner. She keeps on getting offered the chance to do street art around town (and she keeps on accepting the offers). She has supermaxed street art (her qualifying skill) and is about to start on painting. She is two masterpiece street art projects away from being street credible.
The current 'house'.
So, fellow watchers, who should be the father of generation 2? Goodwin Goode or Justin Kayes? And who should Amy get together with? There's a town of men out there with 'interesting' genetics! This is Twinbook, after all! Let me know your thoughts via PM or this thread.

@CeresIn After three attempts at posting this update, finally it is done! Not because it was difficult, but because I kept on having to leave for that silly little thing called work and life. LOL
