Resort in Sunset Valley

Does anyone have a clue how I can buy resorts in Sunset Valley?

I cant find them in the World-catalog of buildings!

There isnt any resorts in SV. Unless there is one in your bin, that you can place down in "Edit town"

Or buy a lot and convert it into a resort (this can be done through the phone and computer)

Is there any downloads that adds decent resorts into the edit town thingy, so I can easily buy a resort and become hotel manager?

Hi Totte,

Reading over this thread gave me an idea. You could start a new game in Island Paradise and in Edit Town, save off a few of the resorts to play with in Sunset Valley. I'm not entirely sure it'll work. As I haven't tried it. But it might work?

The lots that is formed like a hotel, do they have "resort" as the type of lot?

You can also buy a private residential lot, then choose "convert to resort" and get started that way, if memory serves.
