Refrigerator Issues

I have a problem with the fridge in Sims 3.
I've replaced it... But that hasn't helped at all.
The food rots everyday. I've got a fairly high end fridge in my current file, but it still rots.

I'm up to date on patches.
I have the following Mods [Nraas unless otherwise noted]:
MasterController [And StoryProg subcheats]
StoryProgression
NoLimo [I forget who makes this one, but its a bit of a godsend]
Woohooer [and skill]
OverWatch
ErrorTrap
DebugEnabler

Ok, now I know NRAAs mods always are updated, but the ones I don't recognize - NoLimo, is that updated to match your current patch with the Sims?
Not that that would cause issues.

Also, here's the main question, do you have Supernatural installed? If so, is your main sim a Witch? If they cast the restoration ritual that causes anything in the fridge to rot the next day by a glitch.
I'm sure other minor things can cause that too.

That may be it. One of the adults in my current file is a Wizard/Warlock [Whatever term you'd like to use].

Try not using the Restoration Ritual for a while and see if that helps your problem if not, we'll head back to the drawing board.

I sometimes have this problem with the high end fridge. Is the food spoilt when in the fridge, or is it once it's taken out? I know I'd check the fridge and all the leftovers were of excellent quality etc, then I'd make my Sims eat something, and they'd be sick from spoilt food, so I'd check the leftovers again and none would be bad. Then I'd throw out that dish anyway, and get in trouble for wasting good food!

Its usually just after its taken out.
But I stopped using Restoration Ritual and so far everything's okay.

This isn't necessarily a spell issue. I've had a glitch with various fridges quite a few times - including the chefs reward fridge.

I have had the rotting issue once but the main one is usually my sims route fail when I tell them to make dinner/lunch. It usually stops after I buy a new fridge. But that's really annoying because I want my chefs fridge...

The one thing I did notice with the restoration spell was that it cleared my fridge of all prepared food. I had prepared about eight meals but they disappeared once the spell was cast. Stopped using that spell!

I have this issue sometimes when going abroad, the fridge will give off the rotten food moodlet but there won't be anything rotted inside it and there'll still be green stinky gas coming out of it.  I had to replace it to get rid of the moodlet.

I've had the problem where the food is good in the fridge and take it out and it shows up as spoiled as my sim eats it.

I think it is probably a common thing, at least I have had it happen in all of my fridges, even high level ones except the chefs fridge.  Very seldom does the food show up as spoiled unless it is left there quite some time, a week or more I think. 

Never checked to see  how long it stays good.  Shows good in the fridge kids get it out to have breakfast before school and end up with the bad moodlet and go school hungry. 
I try to check and see if it shows up as spoiled after they set it down, if so pause and stop the command to eat and send them to get something else.  Sometimes I catch it, sometimes I don't.
