Sim wears kitten outfit in shower

My Sim wears a stupid kitten outfit when in the shower. It is an option in my wardrobe, but I never use it. How do I get rid of it? I find it very annoying!

Welcome to the forum! From what I understand, the kitten outfit is available in the wardrobe but you don't want her to wear it, especially in the shower. (I'm just going to call the sim a she for now). Does she have the never nude trait? Go into wardrobe and try play around with the outfits. Maybe try resetsim, although I doubt that would help. Do you have any custom content or mods? Sometimes they can make the game go funny. Other than that, I don't know.

Anyway to remove the kitten outfit all together? I tried looking for it but couldn't find it.  Yes I have a lot of custom content. It may have piggybacked from something else.

The custom content is probably the problem then. Did this start happening soon after you got new CC? If so, uninstall that and see if that fixes it. Also check your installed content folder and see if you can uninstall it from there.
