Seasons won't finish installing.

I ordered Seasons on origin for download at about 6pm last night. It began downloading fine and finished downloading fine, but then when it goes to install it says "Installing..." with the bar moving like its well installing, but it has been like that sense about 8pm last night and its now 2pm the next day. I don't know if I am having some sort of troubleshooting problem or what. I tried getting on EA help center and finding the chat option to talk with a person from EA but it says that they are having a really large amount of people using it so I can't apparently. I can't even find a number to call. I hope theres some way to fix this.

Hi Zach,

I asked Hubby for a suggestion as to what to do. As he's more familiar with the Origin downloader. He said to stop the install and then try installing it again.

If that doesn't work. Delete the download and re-download Seasons again and try reinstalling it. As it shouldn't be taking a day to install.
