I discovered recently that mermaids (or at least, my mermaid) have trouble getting a meal in a restaurant with the Industrial Oven. It works fine for her witch husband, but the mermaid would place her order, the chef would go back to the kitchen, and then change clothes and leave. I don't know whether the bistro glitches for other supernaturals, or if it would do this in a new file. This is mainly a heads-up for anyone who has had a similar problem.

I know this is an older topic.... but I have tried everything I can think of to allow the revenue/profit (?) to come to my household and I just can't seem to make it work. Is it even possible to own the bistro?
I gave up on this venue and then last night I thought I'd give it another go.... new save file/sims household etc but still can't get the profits 
Any advice would be awesome.

Hi  yes I have. It must be a strange glitch or something really obvious that I have not noticed! Thanks tho' for your reply

In my game, I changed the Bistro lot type into a bar (fusion bar), put a professional bar upstairs, some wall speakers. Afterwards, I was able to collect the profits from the venue .
