I guess you get one if you use buydebug. And, Saltypaws, there's nothing you can't buy! It's ridiculous you have to be a top chef to get acces to a great fridge!
All you do is, put your sim in the culinary profession, use the testingcheatsenabled true cheat, shift click on place of employment, or the mailbox, I can't remember which one now, and pick whichever level you want, in the instance of getting the fridge, choose the last level of the culinary profession, my mind went blank as the title and "viola" you have the best fridge. You can then let the sim quit and move on to whatever job you want them in and you don't have to go through all of the levels to get the fridge.
edit: You can do that with any profession to get to the last level, mind you I do not do this often, only twice now, but I wanted that fridge. I have worked my sim all of the way through though, just wanted to clear that up.
