Relativity

Does anyone else use Nraas' Relativity mod? I recently installed it for the latest patch and I've been having a lot of trouble with freezing at 2 am every morning. Nothing happens even after waiting for a long time so I have to close it using Task Manager. Am I doing something wrong or is it a common problem?

I find the game unplayable without relativity, normally run it at a third of the normal time. Early morning pauses are generally caused by other mods like overwatch or story progression.

If your household is not 24 hrs (they sleep), look to activate normal time when in fast mode.

I thought it would have been Overwatch too but I deleted each mod I have installed one by one and Relativity was the only one freezing at 2am. The others ran fine. So are you saying that when they're sleeping I should just use the normal speed instead of the automatic third speed that is set when they're sleeping?

Strange, relativity should have a constant affect, if I get time this week I'll have a look to see if anything is running at that point; you are more likely to get a quicker answer over at the nraas website. http://nraas.wikispaces.com/share/view/61149008

As to sleeping, I didn't mean the normal speed. In relativity you can set relativity to change when in fast mode. Look for Switch Speed On Fast in the faq to set it: http://nraas.wikispaces.com/Relativity+Interactions

I would normally set this to 37 so the game runs full speed when in fast mode. It might help...

Yes, I tried posting to the Nraas website on Saturday but so far I haven't gotten any response. I'll take a look on the Relativity page a bit more and see if I can try out a few things.
