Missing Report Card

Hi, I accidentally cancelled out the queue for my sim receiving her report card and now she never got it. What can I do?

It's been a week now, but I waited until she had to leave the uni and no report card. :(

I'm wondering something here. Isn't a sim limited to 4 terms per degree? Above, I had said that I accidentally deleted the "receive report card" from her queue. It looks like she got the credit, but she went that one term for 18 credits, came home, went for 2 more terms for 36 credits, came home and now she has the option to take 2 more terms for 36 credits which would put it at 5 terms. Is this usual? I thought the max credits a sim could take per degree is 72?
