So, I have the PS3 version of Sims 3 Pets and I'm a few generations in..it's the usual I don't want to lose my progress/start again. BUT I am starting to think I'll have to. One of my sims turned invisible right before I saved the game and when I loaded it back up he was still gone as was the teenage son and his friend. This isn't the worst part. I tried to fix it by making him go somewhere else (in this case, the movies) and come back home. I chose to follow him and instead of seeing a loading screen it sort of moved to where the theater should be and instead all of the buildings (and neighbours houses) are weird dark shapes with no textures. But it gets stranger still! Oh yes..I tried to change sims and if it lets me without pausing the game it says 'this sim is in another part of town?' Blah blah.. I choose yes and it stays where the other sim is, not switching to a different one (and he's still invisible). So then I decided to try and move them and the 'move household members' screen wouldn't show but was making sounds like I was selecting them. Anyway I hit yes, chose another house and it got stuck on the loading screen but I could hear a sim undressing or dressing or something like that and a stereo being turned on. Grrrrrrrrrr!!!!! If anyone knows why I am experiencing any of these problems please let me know. I'm doubtful of a solution but there's still hope, right? If it helps any, I can edit the house they're in now and that's still normal. I can try to get a picture..I'm not on the PS network so I can't screenshot it :/
Also, is there a way to save my existing family to my studio and a whole family and not individual sims. If they are individuals can I move them all into a house together in a new game?
