Building Contests 2013: 23 - Familiar Flatmates

The Task:
Have you ever struggled to find just the right apartment with just the right set of roommates? Finding the perfect home is a difficult task for every Sim, and premade townies are by no means an exception. That's why the residents of Riverview and Sunset Valley have commissioned you to do the whole thing for them! Your task is to match up four premade townies and build an appropriate home for them to share. Will your house be a haven for like-minded Sims, or the manifestation of chaos?

Additional Information:
Your four townies must be from either Sunset Valley or Riverview as these towns are available to everyone. The idea is that your group of Sims are all young and just starting out, so at the time of the contest the Sims must be young adults and not have any offspring. For example, you can include Gus and Dorie Hart from before they had Bebe, or Bella Bachelor and Mortimer Goth all grown up, or a bunch of Sims that start out as young adults like Christopher Steel and Agnes Crumplebottom. This contest is an opportunity to build for your favourite Sims from both towns, so be creative!

Also, this contest is for a regular residential lot; do not make a Late Night or University Life apartment.

• Lot Size: 40x30 and under
• Budget: $90,000
• Content Restrictions: There are no additional content restrictions.
• Number of Bed Spaces: Minimum of 4
• Other Specifications:
  • Décor and entertainment activities should reflect your Sims' personalities

Contest Start Date: Sunday, 24 November - 12:00am
Contest End Date: Saturday, 7 December - 11:59pm

No CCs or Mods were used .

This modern house was built for Mortimer Goth , Bella Bachelor , Christopher Steel and Agnes Crumplebottom as young adult . This is a four bedroom house , two of the bedrooms have ensuite and two of the bedrooms have a balcony . There is also a stocked pond so Christopher can do some fishing .
