Help me figure out what to do!

I am trying to create a world for a project I have in mind, and there are a few things that I want to do but I don't know how.
I want to make a small/tiny island, with the main island moderately mountainous.  On the main island I also would LOVE to put in a waterfall, but I have no idea how to do so. 
Please help!

Well, I know how!
1: go to the sims 3 store
2: highlight games
3: highlight tools
4: click on create a world.
And I believe that there's a guide on how to make it on the site!
