Hi,I bought Sims 3 Into the Future from Origin as digital download (all my EPs and stuff packs are done this way).
So I downloaded it and installed it as usual and when I clicked play a white box came up with"error please insert disk".I then went back to my origin account to uninstall the EP.
Now I can't get my Sims game to even load!.The launcher works ok but the loading screen shows the Back to the Future loading screen even though it is not installed.
Then when my Main menu starts to load a blue box comes up with Retry or Quit!
I have been back to Origin technical help,but when I type in Sims3 Into the Future it comes up saying "there is no such product!!"
I do not have any cc in my game,only store stuff.I play without any mods and have the latest patch installed.
I also regulary "clean out" my game files as recommeded on the site.
If anyone can help I would be very grateful
