Description: Kids, back in the Fall of 2013, I created all of us, even Barney, in a game called The Sims 3. You see, I had about given up on ever finding your mother. So out of desperation, I recreated the apartment over MacLauren's from way back when your Aunt Lily, Uncle Marshall and I all lived there. I might have been skirting on the brink of insanity, because I started wondering how well our story would do on TV. I may have turned the apartment into a TV show set. This is the real deal, kids.
Here's one of the photographs I worked off of with your Aunt Lily and Uncle Marshall:
And here's the Sim version:

There aren't any good representations of NYC in The Sims 3, kids, so I just put the 'set' in Sunset Valley. I wanted to make our sim-selves feel safe, so it has a security booth and everything!

I even built areas for the staff of How I Met Your Mother, the name of our TV Show. This is the first read table, and you can see how the rooftop scene would look in the background.

Barney still thinks he's my best friend, even in The Sims.

In a fit of truthfulness, I gave myself the "brooding" trait. Here I am, brooding in the kitchen.

Now kids, this building might not impact the city skyline like my GNB building, but I like to think there's a certain
je ne sais quoi about it. Aunt Lily and Aunt Robin must agree, because they are both on the roof sunbathing.

I will have the downloaded set available shortly, kids. I wanted to post this to the forum to memorialize for all eternity and before all of my massive amounts of formatting got messed up.
