Walkout basement?

I'm pretty sure there's no CC in that house - I am sure there are no mods though. I'll check it for content  after my morning coffee (need to wake up properly) and upload it. I've been meaning to put it up there for a bit.

Just added a few final touches and checked that there was no CC (I was right, there wasn't any) and uploaded the Calliope to the exchange.

Norma I was looking at your other creations and wanted to say you named your July challenge house the Addison lol that is my youngest daughter's name.
Tommy are all your homes free of mods and cc as I like them. I like that when you build you build big.

I just picked a name beginning with A, I figured I might try and work my way through the alphabet. Then when I did the Bailey, I saw that there is actually a theme happening. They are names from one of my favourite TV shows, so that has more or less set the tone for the rest now lol.

Is it possible that the tv show could be grey's anatomy? Because Bailey is there and Addison used to be. Me and my husband watch it.

Yup, Calliope is Callie's full name. Not sure how far I'll be able to go with the theme, but I'll try.

Just a little addendum to the walkout basement thing: The lighting will be off inside the rooms in the basement area UNLESS the rooms are framed in entirely with regular walls rather than foundation walls. Using a foundation as the wall on any of the sides makes the entire room light like its an outside space, rather than a normal room with a window.
