Sim Cannot Enter Bookstore

My sims cannot enter the bookstore rabbit hole in Twinbrook. They can enter other rabbitholes, including the grocery store, which is on the same lot, but not the bookstore. All sims in all households are affected (I even switched households to check). Clicking on the bookstore and telling a sim to "shop for books" or "get a part-time job" causes the sim to idle for a bit before the action cancels out, and directly clicking on the sim and trying to send them to the rabbithole causes the sim to reset. This is only happening in one town; other save games are not affected.

I tried the following to fix the issue:

- Reset sim via cheat console
- Reset sim via master controller
- "Reset Everything" via Master Controller
- Tried copying rabbit hole to library, bulldozing the lot, and replacing it with the copy
- Tried changing the type of community lot to "no visitors" and then changing it back to "visitors allowed"
- Deleted cache files
- Removed custom content
- Removed user files

I have Twallan mods and a few tuning mods that don't do anything to rabbitholes or the bookstore. I am almost 100% positive this is not caused by a mod because I removed all custom content to see if it fixed the issue.

Any idea what's going on here? I've already asked for help on Mod the Sims but no one has responded yet.

The Twinbrook bookstore was broken by patch 1.55. It was supposedly fixed by patch 1.57. Are you all patched up?

Anyways, if you're all patched up and it's still broken or you're content with staying on patch 1.55, go into Edit Town and edit the lot that the bookstore is on, and move the rabbithole object back so that the entrance is more than three tiles away from the edge of the lot. You might need moveobjects on to accomplish this.

I didn't patch (didn't realize there was a new one) but I did manage to figure out to move the bookstore using my Google-fu. Thank you for replying though!

I remember having that issue once with my game. I just gave up and went back home and then went back out and it worked.
