Did you have to pay for the corrective surgery?

The cheap facial beautification was about $950 I think but the corrective surgery was $2050, which is almost as much as the expensive facial beautification surgery.

Here is a before and after of a Sim I used the cheap facial beautification on.

Before

After

I didn't give it time to see if it would wear off or not; I sent her straight back and she got the option for Corrective facial surgery, which wasn't an option the first time.

It looks like Arlo Bunch got a medical license...   ;D

is the kid of the sims who undergo Plastic Surgery going to look like the parents face before or after the surgery?

coz' in real live we know it is impossible for a kid to have a good face if the parents are not, no matter how good the plastical surgery the parent had gone.

The game's genes work by taking however the parents look at the time. So yes, plastic surgery will affect how any future kids look.
