My name is Roy Mustang. I was a former colonel from a country far away.
It was considered a feat for someone as young as me to reach a rank of colonel in such a short time. A lot of people resented me and I made a lot of enemies. To be frank, I only gained the rank colonel because I was considered a "hero" in a war against a neighboring country.
I was called into the war because of my skills in flame alchemy.
The alchemy in my country, is very different from the alchemy here. Our alchemy is a science where one understands the structure of matter, breaks it down and rebuilds it. Flame alchemy involves changing the composition of air until it becomes very volatile and flammable and setting it on fire. I think this will be a very useful skill.
I came to this country for a simple reason: power. I was discontented with the position I currently had but I could not get any higher. My one goal is to be the highest ranking person anywhere; to be the leader, so to speak. I want to rule in the way that I see fit. And I see that joining this organization would be great opportunity in attaining my goal.
I have several skills that can be of some use to you.
1. Not only have I mastered flame alchemy, I also have slightly better than average skill in other forms of alchemy.
2. Ladies find me irresistible.

The only limitation I have is that I despise liquids. It is because I am unable to perform my alchemy in wet or humid conditions.
