Comic Books

At risk of necroing, and it is possible that there have been updates to the software since then,

Comic Books are on the computer, but not on the writing tab.

Clock on your computer, and then click more.  Might have to click more twice.  One of the options should (may?) be Write Comic Book.

I have seen it said that it uses painting and writing skill, so it is possible that you may need ranks in both, kind of like Children's Books.
