Ghost Hunter - Other Ghost Types?

I wanted to ask uf there is any way to get more different types of ghosts during the missions? I always only get Drowning, Fire, Elecrtocution, Hunger and Old Age ghosts. Is there a way to make ghosts appear who have the colour of the ones introduced with the Expansion Packs?

I've never had any luck with that, I think it only pulls up ghosts from Ambitions and past - I don't think the developers backdate ghosts to be available (no jellybean ghosts!).
