Help! Bonehilda is stuck?

So I've never ran into this problem before. I made Bonehilda clean up some trash outside, however when she went outside she stopped and stood infront of the rubbish. My sims can chat to her, but whenever I try to dismiss her the icon thingy disappears immediately. 
If anyone has a solution please tell me!

Do a global resetsim *. From my understanding, Bonehilda is just an NPC, and NPCs can be reset.

Whoops, nevermind... I was able to fix the problem by clicking the coffin. Thanks for the help though!
