Venue revenue not showing up in family funds
« on: August 28, 2013, 10:27:59 PM »
Hi.  I've noticed that when collecting monies for the owned venues the money is not being added to the family funds.  My sim has 3 venues, all 3 stars.  He has collected via the buildings themselves, by map view clicking on venue icons and using the computer to collect.  I get the positive dollar value show up in white above the family funds amount and the k-ching sound.  But no value is added to the funds.  I've sold one of the venues and re-bought it, but it made no difference.  It's a lot of money he's missing out on.  Can anyone help me with this?

Hi Pam.  I'm not sure if it started on that particular playtime or the one before.  I didn't notice if it happened before.  I usually watch the money roll in.  I played about 6 weeks continuously.  He lost all those weeks.  All other income was accounted for.  I just got back to it tonight and the money from the venues is being accrued.  Must have been a one night glitch.  Thanks.
