Toadified Sims can be cured with a kiss but it's the toad Sim that has to "Ask for a Frog Kiss".   I had a couple in my home and one got turned into a toad so I had them flirt for a bit then he asked.  She grabbed him by the face to stop him from kissing her with his frog lips, then she turned his head and kissed his cheek.  It was kind of funny and it cured him no problem.

The LLAMA also has a chance to clown sims up, happened to my Dynasty heir, which saddened me a little.

I'm reviving this thread because I've got a Sim who was turned into a toad from a failed elixir attempt.  She made friends with a fellow she met at the Elixir Shop and was able to ask him for the Toad Kiss.  He complied, but nothing happened.  She asked a second time, and still nothing.  It's now the next day and she's still a toad.

Edit:  It took two Toad Kisses from a second Sim for her to be cured.  So, a total of four Toad Kisses before one of them cured her.

I also had a sim due to a failed elixer attempt become a toad.  She was married and so asked her hubby to kiss her.  He said yes, she  went to kiss him and he put his up to her mouth to stop her, then turned her head and kissed her on the cheek.  He then turned into a toad.
It took a bit of time, but she finally learned how to make the elxier cure and she was able to cure them both.  But it was funny to see the look on both their faces when not only was she NOT cured, but he became cursed.
