My game slows way down!

I've cleared the catches, restarted the computer, removed the custom content and my computer is 10 times as capable of running the game, then nessecerry. Still there is nasty problems, like my sims dissapering all of the sudden.

Is there anything else i can do?

Welcome.   Please don't apologize for your spelling, it is better than mine, and I'm English.  I have to check every other word I write!

I don't know how much I can help as you do not give a lot of information about what exactly is happening.

For now, I would suggest you do a Factory Reset.  See stickies above.  It does not take long and can clear glitches and speed up play.

Also, have you checked your sims 3 data folder for files with the extension .bad.  These files are corrupted and can infect your game with some very odd glitches.  If you have any, delete them.

If neither of these suggestions fix the problem, please give more details so that I or others can help.
