Indeed, but the Premium content alone would have supplied the set to me (As far as I could tell) I had an almost overkill percentage owned for relatively little content, but the Greenhouse was an impulse when it first emerged.

I got the Ultra Lounge 2010 set for free when the bar was 89 per cent full, so that could be around where it becomes free. Sale items, by the way, are not eligible for the discount.

Are you sure? I have seen sale items that have further discounts. However, you can't see the discounted price on the Daily Deal.

The Regency Arcade falls into 2 compilations sets.  The October 2011 and the Go All In Compilation.

I didn't have it but I had some of the Las Vegas furniture pieces from the goodie boxes, I bought the 'Go All In Compilation' to get the Arcade but it doesn't show up as installed.  The Las Vegas Living and Bedroom stuff installed fine as did the Gumball machine...  just no Regency Arcade!  So I ended up with the rest of the Las Vegas furniture and no Regency Arcade.  So NOT happy!

Ombradellarosa is right.  I just got the two 'free items' up for discount this weekend, and then when I went to get the set discounted for this weekend, it lowered the price of the SimPoints.
