I've seen that many times and it's so cute!  Their animations change as they progress with the xylophone and peg box.  At first with the xylophone, they are surprised when they tap it and a sound comes out.  Then by the time they master it, they're doing the conductor arm waves.  The peg box is similar with them getting frustrated when they first play with it and can't get a square peg into a round hole.  Then they do better and get happy.

The only things I have are items from the Sims 3 Store.  Is there something in particular you're curious about?

No, it just looks like they have CC. I don't ever get CC since I'm not allowed to download anything, and I don't have money for it. I'm fine without it anyway.
