I also finished that LTW tonight, both sims in my house had it and it didn't register for either of them, in the end I cheated it with master controller by changing it to something else then changing it back, it worked, so maybe purchase the change lifetime wish reward twice if you have the points to get it to register for a mod free solution ( which I actually didn't think of at the time, amazing how fast the cheat mentality comes back to me if I'm not playing a dynasty or challenge
)
It is annoying that it doesn't register though as it's a fair bit of work to achieve, I had a hell of a time near the end getting No Trouble Atoll, ironic really as it caused me the most trouble, if I even so much as looked at my resort my game locked up entirely yet if I steered clear of it and just got on with other things it was fine.
