CAS sim from bin looking different.

So I downloaded a sim, and in the bin he looks just fine. Exactly how he should. However, selecting him causes him to take on the appearance of a totally different sim. A sim that I had downloaded off the exchange, to be exact. I deleted the exchange sim, cleared my cache and thumbnail folder, but he still looks like exchange sim rather than what he should.

Literally the only thing that is how it should be is his hair. Does anyone know how I can fix this? I have the proper CC, the sliders, etc.
