Use The Blow Dryer On The Dog After A Bath, But The Dog Is Still Soaking Wet?

I know this isn't necessarily a console thing and it's not a glitch or anything.  Maybe this is in the wrong spot and sorry if it is.  Anyway, I have pets on console that's why I put it here.  Why is it that even though your sim uses the blow dryer to dry the dog after a bath and the dog is still dripping wet.  Even the mood thing shows a picture of a dog wet and the dog is miserable.

This happens to me as well, sometimes. Even though they use the blowdryer, I think the dog will still stay a little wet. . .

The worst it'll do is give your dog a teensy tiny bad moodlet for a little while
