Empty, CC free world for download?

I hope this is in the right place.

I'm looking for a CC free but empty world to download. By empty I mean just the world, trees etc. and the empty lots, so I can build as I like. If it includes rabbitholes that's fine, I can keep them or delete them. What I don't want is just a "build" world because I would like to play in it someday so it has to be pretty and not-so-small. I've found some, but none that I actually love. I had started with an empty version of Riverview but got really frustrated because the standard lot sizes don't fit downtown and it looked awkward.

Any suggestions? I have all EP's except Seasons (which I should get next month if everything goes as planned).

Just want to chime in, I'd be in the market for this sort of thing. Just a town for everything I create to live in.

Moonlit Falls might be a good one to strip.  Seems like it had a nice variety of lot sizes.
